Barre and Barbells was born from a realisation that fitness doesn't have to fit into one box. During lockdown, I discovered barre through online classes and instantly fell in love with the method - the focus on control, strength and all to the beat of the music was everything I didn't know I needed. With a background in strength training and weight lifting, I began blending both to create my ideal workout split. The result? A movement method that's not only effective, but enjoyable - because sustainability starts with loving what you do.

With over two years of experience as a certified barre instructor, I bring both confidence and creativity, (and a touch of fire!) to every class. I truly believe barre is a practice for every body, at every stage of life. It supports strength, mobility and balance - the foundations for long-term wellness and a more vibrant, resilient you.

As a current student dietitian with an interest for holistic health, working across both areas has fuelled my passion for helping people live healthier, more balanced lives - physically and mentally.
