I love coming to Anna's classes and look forward to them every week. She creates such a positive and empowering environment! Every exercise is explained so clearly and she motivates everyone through each move. Barre has made me physically and mentally stronger and it's great doing a method of fitness which was actually designed for women! I couldn't recommend Anna's classes enough.
